Taking Roots in Chattanooga

Once again we learned that, “Taking Roots Community Garden,” was in need of volunteers for workdays.

A division of NEEMA, Father Peter Kayni and Susannah Murdock

help refugees resettle in Chattanooga, TN.

The garden(s) are a gathering place for volunteers and refugees to

meet, share and grow.

As with any garden there are real weeds to attend to. LOTS of weeds.
